Spring 2024

This class inspires students to discover good nutrition through cooking with seasonal fruits and vegetables. Students will learns about different foods, how they are grown and how to choose healthy foods that are good for their bodies. We promote the importance of healthy eating and inspire students to become food advocates for themselves and their community. Students will develop the skills to prepare simple, healthy meals and share it together at the end. The class will culminate in a dinner party for families.  This class may be held in the School Kitchen and will run from 2:45-4:45.  The cost of this class is $36/week.
