In this high-energy after-school class, students start with a warm-up to prevent injury and get their bodies ready to move. They learn how to count music and understand rhythm, then break down hip-hop dance moves—sometimes traveling across the floor to build coordination. Then on to learning choreography to various songs, preparing for exciting performances! Each session ends with a freestyle session to utilize what moves were learnt and/or to find their own movement and just DANCE.
