The first installment (or the equivalent thereof) is considered a non refundable deposit.

Up until October 14th for the Fall Semester and March 14th for the Spring Semester, families are responsible for 25% of the full cost of the class.  For families that pay in installments, this make the 1st payment non refundable.  Families that pay in full, will receive a 75% refund.  

From October 15th to November 14th/March 15th-April 14th, families are responsible for 50% of the full cost of the class - the first 2 installments are not refundable.  Families that pay in full, will receive a 50% refund.

From November 15th to December 14th/April 15-May 14th, families are responsible for 75% of the full cost of the class - the first 3 installments are not refundable.  Families that pay in full will receive a 25% refund.

No refunds will be given for any cancellations after December 14th/May 14th.

There are no refunds or credits for premium classes after the 2nd class.  These include MakerState Classes, Chess, Guitar, Ice Skating, Rock Star, Skateboarding, Jr. FLL, Lego Robotics, and Piano.

We do understand when students and families change classes/schedules in the beginning of the semester, and we will do our very best to accommodate in any way we can.  We do not provide any credits or refunds for missed classes/absences.

Should our program be required to fully close due to  COVID-19, either during the school day OR during our program, we will make every effort to transition to remote programming during the closure or offer an alternative in-person option.  We can not offer refunds should your child(ren) need to quarantine due to exposure to/infection from COVID-19.
