Afterschool Program -Spring Registration / B Tuesday Session 1 -
Spring 2026

Participants will be learning rhythms playing drums and other percussion instruments, including agogo bells and shakers. Students will also learn freestyle and choreographed steps, spins and jumps from Maculelê, a warrior dance created by Africans in Brazil. Our participants will experience the connection of dance and rhythm in a fun, easy to learn and supportive class. No experience with drumming or dance necessary. All levels welcome.
